On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, Quarryville Police Department officers responded to a report of vandalism at the Solano School District Administrative Office located at 121 S. Hess Street, Quarryville, Pennsylvania. Following an investigation, officers identified Michael Flahart as the individual responsible. Charges were filed through District Magistrate Mankin’s Office, and Judge Mankin subsequently issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Flahart.
On Thursday, August 20, 2026, while on patrol, a Quarryville Police officer located Mr. Flahart at Townsedge Shopping Village. Mr. Flahart was taken into custody and brought before Judge Mankin for arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000. Mr. Flahart was subsequently remanded to Lancaster County Prison.
