At approx. 6:11 AM on 8/29/19 Sgt. Burger investigated a two vehicle crash which had occurred on Willow Street Pike South (Route 272) at West Willow Rd. in Pequea Twp.  Nicholas Maser, 29 years old from Lancaster was operating a 2013 Mazda Sdn in the left lane of the two lane highway.  Directly in front of him was a 2009 Ford Pick up truck driven by Matthew Strubel, a 33 year old male from Lancaster.  Maser failed to notice Strubel was slowing to make a left turn onto West Willow Rd.  He struck the rear of the truck.  Maser suffered a minor injury and his vehicle was towed from the scene.  Strubel was not injured and his vehicle was driven from the scene.
