On 7/14/19 Officer Muir responded to a medical emergency in the Circle M Campground at 2111 Millersville Rd. in Pequea Twp.  Officer Muir found a 39 year old male with a severe leg injury after a trailer somehow slid falling onto his leg.  The male was no longer pinned by the camper but was bleeding seriously from the injury.  Officer Muir applied a tourniquet to control the bleeding prior to EMS arriving on scene.  The male was then transported to the hospital by EMS.
