The PTPD recently charged two 14 year old males, one from Willow Street and one from Washington Boro, with violating the township curfew ordinance.  These charges are a result of an earlier Crimewatch post of a resident's surveillance camera recording two subjects lurking around his vehicle at 0130 in the morning.  As a reminder, the Pequea Township Curfew Ordinance restricts those under 18 from being in public from 10PM-6AM Sunday thru Thursday and 12AM and 6AM Friday and Saturday.  There are exemptions to this, such as being accompanied by a parent or guardian, coming directly from work, or a school, civic, church event.  The juveniles and the parents can be charged with violating this ordinance.   Please be safe out there and have a great summer.
