On 8/12/19 Officer Huyett responded to an address in the 800 Blk. of Baumgardner Rd. for a domestic disturbance.  During the incident Police recovered Crystal Meth, Marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia from the home.  As a result, Richard J. Lapham  VI from the 800 Blk. of Baumgardner Rd. was charged with one count each of the following; Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
