ARRESTS 

Disorderly Conduct, Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 12:15 a.m., Aidan W. Truett, 18, of Elizabethtown, PA and Braxton A. Rupp, 19, of Elizabethtown, PA were charged with Disorderly Conduct after they created a hazardous condition by taking a stop sign from an intersection.

Disorderly Conduct, Wednesday, October 1, 2026, at 10:44 p.m., Rafael A. Mayo III, 31, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with Disorderly Conduct after he caused annoyance and alarm by yelling and screaming outside in a belligerent manner. 

Animals Running at Large, Monday, October 5, 2026, at 10:55 a.m., Joseph W. Brubaker, 34, of Mount Joy, PA, was charged with a Borough Ordinance Violation when the defendant allowed his dog to escape its yard and run at large on borough streets.
