ARRESTS 

Disorderly Conduct, Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:45 p.m., Jonathan W. Brandt, 41, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Disorderly Conduct. The defendant hit the victim’s vehicle door and mirror and tried grabbing the victim, which served no legitimate purpose.

Harassment, Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:15 p.m., Larissa C. Capello, 40, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Harassment after she struck the victim in the face during an argument.

Harassment, Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 9:30 p.m., Micah A. Shelton, 18, of Marietta, PA was charged with Harassment after following the victims while they were walking through town causing them to be annoyed and alarmed.
