Harassment, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 9:43 p.m., Elijah B. Hemmingway, 29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with Harassment after the defendant shoved the victim during an argument.

Disorderly Conduct, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:16 p.m., Crystal Hetrick, age 42, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Disorderly Conduct after a verbal disturbance with a neighbor.  The defendant used obscene language that alarmed and concerned the victim.

Public Drunkenness, Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 00:33 a.m., Charles Middleton, age 39, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Public Drunkenness after he was found asleep on a public sidewalk while under the influence of alcohol.
