ARRESTS  

Parks and Recreation Areas-Hours of Operation, Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 8:02 p.m., two female juveniles, ages 17 and 16, both of Mount Joy, PA, were charged with a Borough Ordinance Violation when the defendants were on borough park property between dusk and dawn.  Borough Park properties are open to the public from dawn to dusk each day per borough ordinance.
