ARRESTS  

Disorderly Conduct and Harassment, Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 7:02 p.m., Donna M. Hentosh, 61, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment after she shoved the victim’s chest.  The defendant was yelling in a shared apartment hallway while intoxicated, which caused public alarm.  

Disorderly Conduct, Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 8:03 p.m., Justice J. Hay, 23, of Elizabethtown, PA, was charged with Disorderly Conduct when he created a hazardous condition by an act which served no legitimate purpose.
