Jeffrey R. Wawrzyniak, 51, of Elizabethtown, PA is charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement Authorities and Public Drunkenness after police were called to the 700 Block of East Main Street in Mount Joy Borough for an individual who was running around and falling in the parking lot.  The defendant was intoxicated to the point he was a danger to himself and multiple bystanders were attempting to assist him.  At the time of police contact, Wawrzyniak gave a false date of birth after being reminded that he was the subject of an official police investigation.
