Jessica Umbrell, 43, of Manheim, PA, is charged with Theft after she stole $60.00 that was dispensed from a cash back transaction.  The victim inadvertently left the money behind at a self-checkout register after a grocery purchase.  Umbrell took the money knowing it did not belong to her with the intent to deprive the owner and made no attempt to notify store employees or return the property to the owner.
