Melanie Ann Shaver, 34, of Denver, PA, is charged with thirty-seven counts of Harassment after she sent numerous text messages to the victim between November 2025 and March 2026.  Shaver violated an agreement between the victim and defendant due to the nature of the messages.  The defendant was charged with the same crime in October 2025 involving the same victim.
