Joseph B. Piper, 30, of Mount Joy, PA, is facing Simple Assault and Harassment charges after officers were called to take a report for a domestic incident that occurred on Penn Court Drive in Mount Joy Borough.  The victim reported being punched in the arm and shoved into furniture inside their shared residence.  She reported being assaulted over the course of several days causing visible bruising.
