Jay M. Miller, age 73, of Mount Joy, PA is charged with Obstruction in Child Abuse Cases.  After conducting an extensive investigation, it was determined that the defendant interfered with the investigation by ignoring a warning to not communicate with the child victim.  The defendant told the child victim to refrain from telling investigators of the communications between defendant and victim.
