Susan M. Krentz, age 68, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with two counts of Driving Under Influence. While monitoring traffic, officers observed a vehicle swerving within the lane of travel. During the interaction, the defendant had difficulty maintaining her balance and was noticeably impaired. The defendant admitted to consuming a few alcoholic beverages prior to driving. She was unable to perform the standardized field sobriety tests as instructed and consented to a breath test which revealed an alcohol concentration reading of 0.262%. This is the defendant’s 2nd DUI offense.
