James A. Gibble, Sr., age 63, of Mount Joy, PA was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment after the officers were called to a domestic disturbance.  The defendant assaulted two members of the household during the dispute. One victim’s arm was grabbed so tight that it caused visible bruising.
