Jason I. Emswiler, 45, of Mount Joy, PA, has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness after police responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Mount Joy Street in Mount Joy Borough.  Upon arrival, officers found the defendant inside his residence heavily intoxicated and yelling.  Emswiler repeatedly yelled obscenities at officers while following them to their vehicles after being warned multiple times to go back inside and remain there.
