We'd like to inform citizens on how to spot ATM skimmers.  It's not as easy as one might think.  Although Ephrata has no known incidents of this crime, the Ephrata Police still want our community members to be aware of what is out there.  The link below will take readers to a fairly recent and educational news report from Greenwich, Connecticut.
