On 10/28/15, Ephrata Police responded to a accident involving three vehicles at the intersection of Old Mill Rd. and Oak Blvd in Ephrata Borough.  A vehicle driven by Terry Yiengst, age 26, of Missouri, entered the intersection on a red traffic light and struck a vehicle driven by a 46 year old Ephrata woman, forcing her car into a third vehicle driven by a 30 year old Lancaster man.  Yiengst and the Ephrata woman were transported to area hospitals with non life threatening injuries.  All three vehicles were towed from the scene.
