On Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at approximately 0520 hours a citizen reported vandalism to a split rail fence on the Ephrata Rail Trail.  The vandalism occurred sometime overnight, the fence is owned by Ephrata Borough.  Anyone with information on the individuals or actions that caused the damage is asked to contact the Ephrata Police, 717-738-9200, extension 272.  Thank you.
