On Friday evening 2/21/20, Ephrata Police conducted a traffic detail on Main St. in Adamstown Borough in response to citizen reports of loud cars and reckless driving in that area. Police stopped seven vehicles, issued six citations for stop sign violations, an inspection violation and reckless driving for a “burnout”. Additionally, warnings were issued for a stop sign violation and to correct a loud exhaust.
