On 1/2/16, Ephrata Police responded to a residence in the 100 Block of W. Main St. in Adamstown Borough, for a report of domestic violence.  The family reported a 17 year old male struck another male family member in the face and head several times causing injury.  The 17 year old male has been charged with Simple Assault.
