Robert Rollman 86 of the 100 block of Bomberger Road, Akron, Pa  was cited for Careless Driving following a four vehicle crash which occurred at Rothsville and Middle Creek Roads around 11am on 09-28-15.     

Rollman apparently failed to see vehicles stopped in line for a red traffic signal at the intersection of Rothsville Rd and Middle Creek Roads where a traffic signal has been erected due to construction of a bridge over the Cocalico Creek.    Rollman struck the rear of a stopped van at such a speed it pushed the van forward and caused a chain reaction accident which involved three other vehicle.     Rollman was injured as well the driver of the van and young child in the van.   Rollman was taken to Lancaster General Hospital and the van driver and young child were taken to Ephrata/Wellspan Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
