On 3/27/20 at 0353 hrs, Ephrata Police responded to a vehicle accident involving a tractor and trailer on RT 222 north bound at mile marker 41.7 in Ephrata Township. The tractor and trailer, driven by Toby Borelli, 59, of Allentown PA, left the roadway and struck an unoccupied, disabled vehicle, on the shoulder before going over a large embankment. Borelli was not injured. The right lane of 222 remains closed while vehicle recovery takes place.
