During the week of March 6-10, 2017,  Northern Lancaster County experienced thefts from vehicles parked in school and business parking lots during daylight.  One of these schools was the Ephrata High School lot.

Subsequently, a person was recorded using one of the stolen credit cards for a purchase.

A collection of video surveillance has rendered the attached pictures.

The vehicle is a dark VW Jetta - possibly 2005-2009.  It has left-front damage - including a different wheel/tire.  There is also damage on the right side body.  The thief obscured the PA plate with something - possibly tape.
