The following arrest were recently made for retail theft at Walmart, 890 East Main Street, Ephrata Township, based upon complaints received from Walmart Asset Protection:

On July 13, 2023 at 2:29 p.m., Stacie J. Leaman,52, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $17.96 worth of merchandise, and Tammy J. Harner, 50, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $173.10 worth of merchandise.

On July 13, 2023 at 4:33 p.m., Cheryl L. Clarke, 53, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay for $67.79 worth of merchandise. Clarke was also charged with possession of methamphetamine. 

On July 16, 2023 at 1:20 p.m., Amanda L. Youndt, 41, of Denver, failed to pay for $78.79 worth of merchandise. 

On July 18, 2023 at 11:55 a.m., Emmanuel O. Lopez, 40, of Ephrata, and Alisha S. Saez, 35, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $87.86 worth of merchandise.

On July 18, 2023 at 3:12 p.m., Heather L. Grove, 41, of Lancaster, failed to pay for $454.85 worth of merchandise. 

On July 19, 2023 at 3:53 p.m., Mackenzie L. Musser, 18, of Gap, failed to pay for $66.94 worth of merchandise.

On July 21, 2023 at 1:23 p.m., Rachel Jakus, 33, of Harrisburg, Chelsey Manuel, 29, of Columbia and Kimberly A. Fifolt, 56, of Columbia, failed to pay for $58.60 of merchandise.

On July 23, 2023 at 1:10 p.m., Taylor J. Warnick, 36, of Shippensburg, failed to pay for $28.74 worth of merchandise and then obtained a refund for the merchandise. 

On July 23, 2023 at 4:25 p.m., Shelby L. Gardner, 31, of Ephrata, and Lindsey Witmer, 33, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay for $254 worth of merchandise. 

On July 27, 2023 at 1:29 p.m., Nilda Pacheco, 62, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $28.44 worth of merchandise.

On July 28, 2023 at 5:45 p.m., Keith E. Herr, 65, of Ephrata, failed to pay for $39.76 worth of merchandise.

On July 30, 2023 at 6:04 p.m., Crista L. Trongone, 42, of Akron, failed to ring $150 worth of merchandise.                                                                                                                                                           

On August 9, 2023 at 9:06 p.m., Angelic G. Martin, 48, of Stevens, failed to ring $44.90 worth of merchandise. 

On August 9, 2023 at 11:03 p.m., Elaine M. McCarraher, 50, of Reinholds, concealed and failed to pay for $45.29 worth of merchandise.

On August 10, 2023 at 6:52 p.m., Amanda K. Beard, 41, of Bernville, failed to pay for $29.98 worth of merchandise.

On August 10, 2023 at 10:15 p.m., Jacqueline J. Jones, 31, of Denver, concealed and failed to pay for $56.88 worth of merchandise.

On August 11, 2023 at 2:48 p.m., Ashley L. Burns, 34, of Ephrata, concealed and failed to pay for $40.91 worth of merchandise.

On August 12, 2023 at 6:31 p.m., Amanda J. Morges-Castro, 38, of Reading, failed to pay for $130 worth of merchandise.

On August 14, 2023 at 12:34 p.m., Alexis Ludwinn, 28, of Denver, concealed and failed to pay for $150 worth of merchandise.

All are presumed innocent.
