The Ephrata Police Department is investigating an encounter between two school-aged students and the driver of a green Dodge truck on the afternoon of September 18, 2019 near the Fulton Elementary School.  The verbal encounter reportedly involved an older white male with gray hair and glasses, who appeared disheveled and had a round, wrinkly face.   No physical contact between the male and the students occurred.
