On May 21, 2020 at 7:03p.m., Ephrata Police and local rescue personnel were dispatched to the 100 block of Greenville Road, West Cocalico Township, for a vehicle accident with entrapment.  A northbound work truck left the roadway and struck a tree.  The driver of the vehicle, Mark R. Miller, 35, of Lititz, was entrapped and had to be extricated by rescue personnel from Reinholds Fire Company and Denver Fire Company.  A short time after arriving at Reading Hospital, Miller succumb to his injuries.  Anyone who witnessed this crash is asked to contact Officer Dell Isola at 717-738-9200 x 250.
