On June 15, 2016 at 1:24 pm, Ephrata Police Department investigated a fatal vehicle accident at the intersection of Church Ave and Industrial Drive, Ephrata Borough.  A sedan driven by Irma S. Spinale, 74, of Ephrata collided with a motorcycle driven by Steven T. Andriani, 18, of Ephrata.  Andriani died as a result of the collision.  Spinale was not injured.  The accident is under investigation.  Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to contract Ephrata Police at 717-733-8611.
