The charges include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child under 13, incest of a minor under 13, indecent assault of a minor under 13, corruption of minors, and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor. These charges stem from an ongoing investigation initiated in June 2026, when a juvenile victim reported that Valente had taken nude photographs of them on multiple occasions while residing in Reinholds, Pennsylvania. Following the execution of multiple search warrants and forensic interviews, investigators gathered evidence supporting Valente's arrest. After arraignment by Magisterial District Justice Bearinger, Valente's bail was set at $100,000, unsecured. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
