Ephrata Police have charged Anthony B. Davis, 34, of Reinholds, with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Evading Arrest on Foot.  On Sunday March 17, 2024 at 5:25 p.m., Ephrata Police responded to the first block of Red Stone Circle, West Cocalico Township, for a dispute.  The investigation revealed that Davis assaulted a female at that location and fled the area on foot.  Police apprehended Davis when he returned to the residence at 1:36 a.m.  Davis is presumed innocent and is awaiting arraignment.
