WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-2-20 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1991 State Rd, for a check on the welfare. Following investigation, Amy Blodgett (46) of Conestoga was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Blodgett was taken into custody and turned over to a deputy.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 9-3-20 police responded to Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care, 3055 Yellow Goose Rd, for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 9-2-20 1800 hrs and 9-3-20 0600 hrs, actor(s) removed the catalytic converters from nine vehicles. Total estimated value of loss $19,007.10.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 9-3-20 Breanna Towles (29) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of a controlled substance (M) and Ralph Timothy Walton Jr (27) of Leola was charged with Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3) and two summary traffic violations, stemming from an incident 8-15-20 at Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd.
THEFT: On 9-7-20 police received a theft report in the 1700 block of Marietta Ave. Sometime on 9-5-20, actor(s) removed a package from an apartment lobby. Total estimated value of loss $126.87.
THEFT: On 9-8-20 Tommy Lee Long III (32) of Lancaster was charged with two counts of Theft (F3) and Access Device Fraud(F3), stemming from an incident 7-15-20 in the 700 block of Barr Blvd. in which an iPhone was taken and then used to access an account. Total estimated value of loss $2,700.00. A warrant was issued for Long’s arrest.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 9-8-20 police received a theft report from R W Connection Inc, 936 Links Ave. Sometime between 9-1-20 and 9-8-20, actor(s) removed a catalytic converter from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $900.00.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 9-8-20 police responded to G E Richards, 928 Links Ave for a theft report. Sometime between 9-5-20 and 9-8-20, actor(s) removed a catalytic converter from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $1,071.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-9-20 police made a person stop in the 2100 block of Columbia Ave. Following investigation, Christopher Paparo (34) of Lancaster was found to have three warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Paparo was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 9-9-20 police responded to Royal Farms, 260 Rohrerstown Rd, for a suspicious vehicle. Following investigation, Gary Hoffer (53) of New Providence was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
THEFT: On 9-9-20 police responded to Wawa, 1990 Miller Rd for a theft report. Following investigation, Jermaine Maina-Perez (20) of East Petersburg was charged with Theft (M2) for allegedly creating a Wawa gift card, while employed, and using it to purchase food. Total amount of loss $138.19.
HARASSMENT: On 9-10-20 police responded to the 2100 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic in progress. Following investigation Kevin Dupree (25) of Lancaster and Kaisia Lane (18) of Lancaster were both cited with Harassment (S)
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-10-20 police assisted East Hempfield Township Building Code Enforcement serve a warrant at a residence in the 1700 block of Ridgeview Ave. During the course of this service, Amber Rapp (35) of Lancaster and Jeremy Welsh (42) of York were found to have warrants through the York County Sheriff’s Department. They were taken into custody and turned over to same. John Eisenhaur (68) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through Lebanon County. He was taken into custody and turned over to a PA State Constable.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 9-11-20 Daryl Spivey (44) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop on 9-9-20 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Centerville Rd.
IDENTITY THEFT: On 9-11-20 Robert Nardone (51) of Port Richey, FL was charged with Forgery (F3), Identity Theft (F2) and Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from an incident 8-12-20 at S&T Bank, 310 Centerville Rd. Nardone is alleged to have identified himself as someone else using a Pennsylvania Driver’s license and credit card to open a bank account.
