POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 9/20/21 THRU 9/30/21

THEFT: On 9-17-21 the School Resource Officer received multiple theft reports at Hempfield High school, 200 Stanley Rd.  Over the course of two weeks, 9-3-21 to 9-17-21, unknown actor(s) removed cash and Apple air pods from multiple unsecured backpacks in the boy’s locker room. Total estimated value of loss $435.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-20-21 a 13-year-old male student of Lancaster was cited with Criminal Mischief (S), stemming from an incident on 9-13-21 at Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd, where a soap container was submerged in a toilet bowl.  Total estimated value of damage $8.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-20-21 a 16-year-old female student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 9-17-21 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-20-21 a 14-year-old male student of Landisville was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 9-15-21 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-20-21 two 15-year-old female students both of Columbia were cited with Disorderly Conduct, stemming from an altercation at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 9-16-21.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-20-21 two 15-year-old female students both of Mountville were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an altercation 9-16-21 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

STRANGULATION: On 9-20-21 police responded to Burger King, 330 Rohrerstown Rd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Raecwean Talton (25) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation (F2) and Simple Assault (M2) and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  On 9-21-21 at 0930 hrs, Talton was located by Lancaster City Police in the 100 block of Old Dorwart St, turned over to East Hempfield Township Police and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-20-21 at 2120 hrs, police responded to Route 283 westbound at the Spooky Nook Rd exit for a single vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Robert Carrion (40) of Willow Street was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-2nd Offense (M1) and a summary traffic violation.  Carrion was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

BURGLARY: On 9-21-21 police responded to the 200 block of E Main St for a burglary report.  Sometime between 9-20-21 at 2200 hrs and 9-21-21 at 1100 hrs, actor(s) entered a residence and removed shoes, a tablet and a necklace.  Total estimated value of loss $540.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-23-21 police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 9-22-21 at 1610 hrs and 9-23-21 at 1400 hrs, actor(s) scratched a vehicle from the driver’s side front door to the driver’s side rear quarter panel.  Total estimated value of loss $200.00.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT: On 9-27-21 police responded to Kegel’s Produce Inc, 2851 Old Tree Dr, for a criminal trespass in progress.  Following investigation, Cody Haupt (29) of Columbia was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3), Criminal Trespass (S) and Public Drunkenness (S).

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-28-21 at 2103 hrs, police responded to the Route 30 East off ramp at Centerville Rd for a vehicle stuck in a ditch.  Following investigation, Anthony Webb (33) of Rising Sun, MD was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-2nd Offense (M1) and a summary traffic violation.
