DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-11-19 at 0208 hrs police responded to Columbia Ave in the area of Westbrook Dr for a single vehicle crash. Following investigation, Courtney Esbenshade (33) of Akron was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic offense.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 9-11-19 police responded to the 400 block of Wissler Way for a theft report. Sometime between 2000 hrs on 9-10-19 and 1145 hrs in 9-11-19, actor(s) removed a wallet from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $10.00.
THEFT: On 9-11-19 police responded to Providence Engineering, 10 Eisenhower Blvd, for a theft report. Sometime between 9-4-19 1700 hrs and 9-5-19 0700 hrs, actor(s) removed two cone-shaped hanging flower planters and between 9-10-19 1700 hrs and 9-11-19 0700 hrs three more hanging planters were taken. Total estimated value of loss $179.39.
ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 9-11-19 police received a complaint of a stolen credit card. Following investigation, Tiffani Egleston (35) of Lancaster was taken into custody and charged with Access Device Fraud (F3), Theft (M1) and Identity Theft (M1). Egleston was then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-11-19 a 14-year old female student of Lancaster and a 15-year old female student of Mount Joy were each cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an altercation at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on this date.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 9-11-19 police responded to the 3100 block of Woodridge Dr for a theft complaint. Sometime between 2130 hrs on 9-10-19 and 1030 hrs 9-11-19, actor(s) removed lose change from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $3.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 9-12-19 Jorge Feliciano-Alvarado (35) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 8-28-19 at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, where he took 20 cans of Red Bull with an estimated value of $63.80.
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: On 9-12-19 Johnathan Carmona (23) of Lancaster was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (F2), stemming from an incident 7-29-19 in the 100 block of Treetops Dr.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 9-13-19 police responded to the 600 block of Caroline Ct for a vandalism report. It was reported that an entrance door hinge was pulled down causing damage to the hinge, door trim and drywall. Total estimated damage $250.00.
THEFT: On 9-16-19 police received a report of theft at Oak Leaf Manor North Inc, 2901 Harrisburg Pk. Sometime between 9-10-19 and 9-13-19 an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from a resident’s room.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-16-19 police were at MDJ Chudzik’s Office for scheduled hearings. A defendant, Asia Plummar (29) of Columbia, was found to have a robbery warrant through Columbia Borough Police Department. Plummar was taken into custody and turned over to a Columbia Borough Police Officer.
THEFT: On 9-16-19 police responded to the 300 block of E Main St for a reported stolen package. Sometime between 1045 hrs-1449 hrs on this date, actor(s) removed a package from the porch. Total estimated value of loss $65.00.
THEFT: On 9-17-19 police responded to the 1700 block of Wheatland Ave for a reported theft. Sometime between 9-5-19 0800 hrs and 9-17-19 1000 hrs, actor(s) removed a pink gazing ball and cement stand from the yard. Total estimated value of loss $130.00.
HARASSMENT: On 9-18-19 a 16-year old female student of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a disturbance at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave on this date.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-18-19 police responded to the 200 block of Winding Hill Dr to assist the Lancaster County Drug Task Force. Following investigation, Khadijah Simms (25) of Lancaster was found to have an outstanding warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and Marquesha Wilson (31) of Lancaster was found to have an outstanding warrant through the Lancaster City Police Department. Simms and Wilson were taken into custody and transported to the respective departments.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 9-19-19 police conducted a traffic stop in the 5200 block of Main St, East Petersburg. The driver, Ian Stayrook (25) of East Petersburg, was found to have two warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Stayrock was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
