POSSESSION OF SMALL AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA: On 8-6-2017 police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Pennwood Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers located several subjects in the woods.  As a result of their investigation, police charged Gustav BRYAN (19) of Forest Road with Possession of a small Amount of Marijuana.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 8-7-2017 police took a report for damage to a vehicle in the 300 block of Colonial Crest Drive. The victim reported that someone had “keyed” a scratch on the hood and driver side of his vehicle. Total damage estimated at $300.00.

RESISTING ARREST: On 8-8-2017 while on patrol police observed a male squatting in the grass next to a bicycle just north of Albern Blvd on Rohrerstown Road. While attempting to detain the subject, the subject resisted arrest and was finally arrested and transported to the police station. Michael Scott WEAVER (43) of the 2600 block of Harrisburg Pike was charged with Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
