POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 8/4/20 THRU 8/13/20

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-5-20 police responded to Leed Truck Center, 402 S Chiques Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 8-3-20 and 8-5-20, actor(s) removed the catalytic converters from 2 vehicles on the lot.  Total estimated value of loss $2,000.00.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 8-7-20 Scott Uttley (42) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from an incident 7-28-20 at Royal Farms, 260 Rohrerstown Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 8-7-20 Donna Sampson (58) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a domestic disturbance 8-4-20 in the 1800 block of Wheatland Ave.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-8-20 police responded to OTC Fleet Services, 480 running Pump Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 8-3-20 and 8-7-20, actor(s) removed the catalytic converters from 8 vehicles.  Total estimated value of loss $13,200.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-8-20 at 0101 hrs police conducted a traffic stop on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Harrisburg Pk.  Following investigation, Katherine Spidle (29) of Lancaster, was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M).

HARASSMENT: On 8-8-20 police responded to the 600 block of Centerville Rd for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Tuan Tran (48) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

THEFT: On 8-9-20 police responded to the 400 block of Church St for a theft report.  Sometime between 8-7-20 at 2030 hrs and 8-8-20 at 1700 hrs, actor(s) took a bicycle from a driveway.  Total estimated value of loss $500.00.

HARASSMENT: On 8-9-20 police responded to the 500 block of S Chiques Rd for a check on the welfare.  Following investigation, Brian C Fry, Jr (29) of Manheim was cited with Harassment (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-10-20 police responded to Hartz Physical Therapy, 90 Good Dr, for a suspicious person.  Following investigation, Mark Woods (52) of York was found to have a warrant through York County Probation.  Woods was taken into custody and turned over to a York County Deputy.

THEFT: On 8-10-20 police received a theft report in the 600 block of Barr Blvd.  Sometime on 7-31-20 actor(s) removed a package from a porch.  Total estimated value of loss $300.00.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 8-11-20 Lyanna Pereira (30) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (M3), stemming from a disturbance at Burger King, 330 Rohrerstown Rd, on 8-5-20.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY: On 8-11-20 Colin Charley (35) of Lancaster was charged with 1 count of Child Pornography (F2), 1 count of Child Pornography (F3) and 3 counts of Criminal Use of Communication Facility (F3), stemming from a cyber tip received by the Lancaster County Computer Crimes Task Force in February 2020.  Charley was arraigned before MDJ Chudzik and remanded to Lancaster County Prison unable to post $25,000 bail.

HARASSMENT: On 8-12-20 Dennis Riehl (58) of Smoketown was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a road rage incident 8-7-20 on the Rt 283 West exit ramp at State Rd.
