POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 8/27/21 THRU 9/7/21

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-28-21 at 2013 hrs, police responded to the intersection of Marietta Ave and Good Dr for a two-vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Albert S Ortiz (58) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations.

HARASSMENT: On 8-28-21 police responded to Turkey Hill, 901 Nissley Rd for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Johnathan Olavarria (31) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

THEFT: On 8-28-21 police received a theft report in the 200 block of S Homestead Dr.  Sometime between 8-26-21 at 2000 hrs and 8-28-21 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) removed a political sign from a yard.  Total estimated value of loss $20.00.

FLEEING AND ELUDING: On 8-30-21 police attempted to make a traffic stop at the intersection of Rohrerstown Rd and Commercial Dr.  The vehicle failed to stop.  The driver, Daniel Flores Reyna Jr (56) of Mount Joy was charged with Fleeing and Eluding Officer (M2) and several summary traffic violations.  Reyna was located in the 200 block of N Barbara St by Mount Joy Borough Police Department, taken into custody, turned over to East Hempfield Township Police and then transported to Lancaster County Prison.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT: On 8-31-21 Chanel Danzey (34) of York was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3) and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (M1), stemming from an incident 8-4-21 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Centerville Rd.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 9-2-21 police responded to PAP Technologies Inc, 200 Centerville Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 9-1-21 at 1700 hrs and 9-2-21 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) removed a hydraulic heavy duty flat trailer from the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $5,000.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-3-21 police were investigating a motorcycle crash on Route 30 eastbound when a vehicle driven by Juan Pinales Rivas (50) of Lancaster nearly struck them.  Pinales Rivas was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) and multiple summary traffic violations.

THEFT: On 9-3-21 police responded to the 1800 block of Buchers Mill for a theft report for an English bulldog that was removed from a residence.  Following investigation, Jane Wills (69) of Kirkwood was charged with Theft (M1) and a warrant was issued for her arrest.  Total estimated value of loss $1,500.00.

HARASSMENT: On 9-7-21 police responded to the 1800 block of Rohrerstown Rd for a trespassing complaint.  Following investigation, Charles Clark, Jr (40) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S) and Jennifer Clark (36) of Lancaster was cited with Defiant Trespass (S).
