POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 8/19/21 THRU 8/26/21

HARASSMENT: On 8-18-21 Mark Francis Vinci (60) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident that occurred 7-23-21 at BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-18-21 police responded to Route 283 West near mile marker 26.4 for a check on the welfare.  Following investigation, Robert Ferreri (46) of Harrisburg was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-3rd Offense and Disorderly Conduct (S).

STRANGULATION: On 8-18-21 police responded to the 1300 block of Bamford Ave for a domestic disturbance.  Following investigation, Joshua Henne (34) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation (F2) and Simple Assault (M2), a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Henne was located 8-19-21 in the 500 block of Airport Rd, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-19-21 police conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Columbia Ave.  The driver, Jose Rosario (48) of Columbia, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Rosario was taken into custody and turned over to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Deputy.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 8-19-21 Royce Stanley (41) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from incidents occurring in April 2021 at Belco Credit Union, 201 Good Dr.

HARASSMENT: On 8-20-21 police responded to Amigos, 2309 Columbia Ave, for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Bethany Nadu (46) of Lancaster was issued two citations for Harassment (S).

THEFT: On 8-20-21 police responded to Modern Spa and Nails, 2200 Embassy Dr, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1015-1030 hrs this date, a wallet was taken from a purse.  Total estimated value of loss $125.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 8-21-21 police responded to the 2600 block of Spring Valley Rd for a warrant service.  Berkeley Beidler (27) of Lancaster was taken into custody for a felony warrant through Mount Joy Borough Police Department.  Beidler was turned over to a Mount Joy Police Officer.

THEFT: On 8-27-21 police responded to Arby’s, 3005 Columbia Ave for a theft that just occurred.  Following investigation, Jessica Martin (36) of Mountville was charged with Theft (M2) for taking cash from an employee’s backpack.  Total estimated value of loss $96.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-23-21 John Reheard (37) of Wrightsville was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M), Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a single vehicle crash 5-14-21 on Centerville Rd in the area of Route 30.

RETAIL THEFT: On 8-24-21 Erik Stoutzenberger (45) of Quarryville was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 8-10-21 at Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 8-25-21 police responded to the 600 block of Centerville Rd for a trespass in progress.  Following investigation, Cesar Dafonseca (25) of Lancaster was charged with Criminal Trespass (F3), Loitering and Prowling (M3), Stalking (M1) and Harassment (S).  Dafonseca was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 8-26-21 police responded to the 5700 block of Wild Lilac Dr for a reported weapons offense.  Following investigation, Michael Inshetski (52) of East Petersburg was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1) and Simple Assault (M2).

HARASSMENT: On 8-26-21 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Jessica Ward (35) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

HARASSMENT: On 8-26-21 police responded to Lancaster General Suburban Pavilion, 2100 Harrisburg Pk for a disturbance.  Following investigation, John Daniel Meckley Jr (57) of Lititz was cited with Harassment (S).
