POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 7/22/21 THRU 7/28/21

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 7-23-21 Jennifer Clark (36) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct, stemming from a disturbance 7-19-21 in the 1800 block of Rohrerstown Rd.

POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On 7-24-21 at 0136 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a check on the welfare.  Following investigation, Alexis Hood (27) of Lancaster was charged with Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Fraudulent Use/Removal of Registration Plate (S).

THEFT: On 7-24-21 at 1519 hrs, police responded to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater, 510 Centerville Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1430-1515 hrs, this date, actor(s) removed the registration plate from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $38.00.

PERSON NOT TO POSSESS FIREARMS: On 7-24-21 at 1704 hrs, police responded to CVS, 630 Centerville Rd, for found property.  A black Nike backpack was left in a shopping cart and contained a firearm, cash and wallet.  Following investigation, Mark Dykes, Jr (23) of Harrisburg was charged with Person Not to Possess Firearms (F2) and Firearms Not to be Carried without License (F3).

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: On 7-25-21 at 1038 hrs, police initiated a traffic stop on Centerville Rd in the area of South Tree Dr.  The vehicle failed to stop and continued to Route 30 eastbound and began traveling at a high rate of speed.  Police did not pursue the vehicle.   Within minutes the vehicle was involved in a single vehicle crash on Route 30 eastbound under the Rohrerstown Rd overpass.  The driver, Joseph Lane (29) of Rochester, NY was charged with 4 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2), Fleeing and Attempting to Elude Officer (M2) and several summary traffic violations.  Lane was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-26-21 Savion Allen (19) and Wanya Smith (19) both of Lancaster were charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 7-21-21 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 7-26-21 Ian Hall (31) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault (F2) and Resisting Arrest (M2), stemming from an incident 7-20-21 at the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave.  Pennsylvania Adult Parole/Probation Agents requested assistance from East Hempfield Township Police Department after Hall resisted them taking him into custody for a Probation Violation. One of the Parole Agents suffered a hand injury as a result of the incident. Hall was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-26-21 at 2046 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Centerville Rd.  Following investigation, Vladimir Ugrenyuk (51) of Mountville was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M) and multiple summary traffic violations.  Ugrenyuk was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded, unable to post bail.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-27-21 police responded to the 400 block of Parklawn Ct for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Felicity Oatman (22) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the York County Sheriff’s Office.  Oatman was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
