RETAIL THEFT: On 6-19-20 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report that occurred earlier in the day.  An unidentified male was captured on video surveillance placing a Husqvarna string trimmer and a Craftsmen gas blower into a cart and pushing the cart from the store without making payment.  He was approached by Loss Prevention in the parking lot, where he then left on foot, leaving the cart and items behind.  Total estimated value of items $358.00.

THEFT: On 6-20-20 police received a report of a package theft in the 1700 block of Marietta Ave, that occurred 6-12-20.  The package was placed in an apartment complex lobby and actor(s) removed the package prior to the owner picking it up.  Total estimated value of loss $195.06.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-21-20 police responded to the Travelodge Motel, 2101 Columbia Ave, for a disturbance in progress.  Witnesses reported a female entering an unoccupied room and breaking a television and mirror.  Total estimated value of damage $340.00. 

PFA VIOLATION:  On 6-22-20 Tham Le (30) of Philadelphia was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt, stemming from an incident on 6-20-20 in the 2200 block of Spring Valley Rd. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 6-22-20 Kevin Woodfin (59) of Landisville was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, stemming from an incident on 6-5-20 at 1811 hrs at Turkey Hill, 298 E Main St.  Woodfin struck a post and flattened a tire.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 6-23-20 a 16-year old male of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and two summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 6-14-20 at 0239 hrs on Columbia Ave in the area of Centerville Rd.
