POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 6/1/21 THRU 6/8/21

HARASSMENT: On 5-31-21 Laquan Jackson (39) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 5-25-21 in the 2800 block of Terry Ln.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-1-21 Jesse Scott Martinez (44) of Lancaster was cited with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 5-28-21 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave.  Martinez is alleged to have taken four $5.00 lottery tickets without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $20.00.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION: On 6-1-21 Dominic Curtis Hershey (47) of Lancaster was charged with Failure to Comply with Registration of Sexual Offender Requirements (F3).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

BURGLARY: On 6-2-21 police responded to Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1533 Columbia Ave, for a burglary not in progress.  Sometime between 0300 and 0845 hrs on this date, unknown actor(s) made access to the building by forcing entry through the drive-thru window. Unknown amount of loss or damage at this time. 

THEFT: On 6-4-21 police received a theft report from Auction Broadcasting Company, 1040 Commercial Ave.  Sometime between 6-1-20 and 5-6-21, actor(s) removed a registration plate from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $11.00.

THEFT: On 6-4-21 Jonathan Evans (40) of Harrisburg was charged with 8 counts of Theft (F3), 8 counts of Theft of Secondary Metal (F3), 5 counts of Defiant Trespass (S) and 3 counts of Criminal Trespass (S) from 7-10-20 through 10-20-20.  Over this course of time, Evans is alleged to have removed 38 catalytic converters from eight different business located in East Hempfield Township.  Evans is currently incarcerated in Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 6-5-21 police responded to the 2200 block of Mill St for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Alyssa Vazquez-Cartagena (22) of Lancaster and Joshua Ernesto Santiago (28) of Lancaster were both cited with Harassment (S).

BURGLARY: On 6-6-21 at 0057 hrs police responded to the 1100 block of Aquilla Dr for a suspicious activity in progress.  Following investigation, the glass pane of the rear storm door was found to be shattered. Value of damage unknown at this time.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-6-21 police responded to the 2100 block of Swarr Run Rd for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Malachi Rosado (21) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.  He was taken into custody and turned over to same.

HARASSMENT: On 6-7-21 Edward Domino (44) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from two incidents on 6-3-21 in the 1800 block of Buchers Mill.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 6-7-21 at 1744 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 298 E Main St for a single-vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Tina Williams (40) of Landisville was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence-2nd Offense (M).  Williams was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-7-21 at 1725 hrs, police responded to Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a disturbance.  Two males were observed by witnesses and captured on video surveillance smashing the windshield of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $600.00.
