THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 5-5-20 police responded to the 1800 block of Marietta Ave for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 5-1-20 at 1520 hrs and 5-4-20 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) removed numerous tool items from a bucket truck.  Total estimated value of loss $2,270.00.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: On 5-7-20 Kyle Rote (20) of Lock Haven, PA was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer (M3) and Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident in the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr on 4-29-20.

STRANGULATION: On 5-7-20 police responded to the 1300 block of Timothy Dr for a domestic dispute.  Following investigation, Tavis Johnson (24) of Landisville was taken into custody, charged with Strangulation (F2), Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 5-8-20 Jordan Davonte (20) of Mount Joy was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) as a result of a traffic stop on 5-5-20 on Spooky Nook Rd in the area of South Chiques Rd.

RETAIL THEFT: On 5-11-20 police responded to Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave for a retail theft in progress.  Following investigation, Brent Wile (34) of Lancaster was cited with Retail Theft (S) for shoplifting $8.07 worth of food products.
