POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 4/26/21 THRU 5/4/21

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 4-27-21 a 15-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia, stemming from an incident 4-20-21 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

THEFT: On 4-27-21 police responded to LG Health Physicians Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, 2110 Harrisburg Pk, for a theft report.  On 2-27-21 micro needling tools and numerous skin care products were discovered missing.  Total estimated value of loss $5,835.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-27-21 Lucas Dowling (20) of Scranton, PA was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a single vehicle crash 3-29-21 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Running Pump Rd.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 4-28-21 Allison Walsh (26) of Elizabethtown was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from a disturbance 4-13-21 at Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 4-28-21 police were patrolling the Giant Supermarket parking lot, 550 Centerville Rd and observed a suspicious vehicle.  Following investigation, the vehicle driver, Eric Stauffer (41) of Ephrata, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Stauffer was taken into custody and turned over to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Deputy.  A passenger, Thanh Van Vo (30) of Columbia, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Office of Probation.  Vo was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison. 

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 4-28-21 the School Resource Officer of Hempfield High School was made aware of an altercation that just occurred in the cafeteria of Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.  Following investigation, a 16-year-old male student of Mount Joy was charged with Simple Assault (M2)

WARRANT SERVICE: On 4-29-21 police observed a suspicious vehicle parked on the shoulder of Route 30 westbound in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.  The driver, Victoria Jones (52) of York, was found to have a warrant through Manheim Township Police Department.  Jones was taken into custody and turned over to a Manheim Township Police Officer.

DRUG DELIVERY RESULTING IN DEATH: On 4-30-21 Thanh Van Vo (30) of Columbia was charged with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death (F1) and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Communication Facility (F3), stemming from a fatal overdose that occurred 11-16-20 in the 200 block of Main St.  Vo was already incarcerated in Lancaster County Prison on a Parole Violation.  Vo was video arraigned before MDJ Chudzik on 5-3-21 and given $1,000,000.00 bail.  Vo remains in Lancaster County Prison unable to post bail.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 4-30-21 a 16-year-old male student was charged with Simple Assault (M2), stemming from an altercation at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 4-28-21.

ASSAULT ON SPORTS OFFICIAL: On 5-1-21 at 1132 hrs police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for an assault that just occurred.  Following investigation, Christopher Musiolowski (40) of Belmar, NJ was taken into custody and charged with Assault on Sports Official (M1).  Musiolowski was transported to Lancaster County Prison and remanded unable to post bail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 5-2-21 at 1222 hrs police made a traffic stop in the 300 block of Lania Dr.  Following investigation, Tina Williams (40) of Landisville, was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M1) and a summary traffic violation.

HARASSMENT: On 5-3-21 Izell Gonzalez (31) of Manheim was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 4-30-21 at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 5-3-21 Jose Rivera (18) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 4-3-21 at 0115 hrs in the 3000 block of Industry Dr.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 5-4-21 police conducted a traffic stop on Centerville Rd in the area of Route 30 eastbound.  Following investigation, Nicole Hooten (35) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through East Lampeter Township Police Department.  Hooten was taken into custody and turned over to an East Lampeter Township Police Officer.

THEFT: On 5-4-21 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 2100-2200 hrs on 5-4-21, actor(s) removed an employee’s tote bag containing medication, a wallet and a blue tooth speaker.  Total estimated value of loss $300.00.

THEFT: On 5-4-21 police received a reported theft in the 800 block of Estelle Dr.  Sometime between 4-24-21 and 5-4-21, two gold rings with diamonds went missing from a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $3,219.00.
