POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 4/13/21 THRU 4/19/21

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-12-21 Kenny Cruz-Miranda (25) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (M1), stemming from an incident 3-30-21 at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd.  Cruz-Miranda is alleged to have removed a generator and a welding helmet without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $883.98.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

THEFT: On 4-13-21 police responded to Sensible Portions, 129 South Tree Dr, for a theft that just occurred.  An Apple iPhone was taken from a break room and later located in the warehouse with a broken screen.  Total estimated value of loss $949.00.  Total estimated value of damage $75.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-13-21 police responded to the 800 block of Estelle Dr for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 4-12-21 at 0600 hrs and 4-13-21 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) keyed a car in the parking lot.  Total estimated value of damage $800.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 4-16-21 police responded to the 1300 block of Jasmine Ln for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 4-15-21 at 1030 hrs and 4-16-21 at 1030 hrs, actor(s) removed miscellaneous change from an unlocked vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $100.00.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 4-19-21 Roberta Ayers (45) of Lancaster was charged with Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from a theft reported 4-13-21 by Turkey Hill, 23 Centerville Rd.  Between 12-20-20 and 2-20-21, while employed by Turkey Hill, Ayers is alleged to have scanned merchandise and then voided the transactions.  Total estimated value of loss $562.92.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-19-21 Lovely Jorge-Colon (27) of Columbia was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M), Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a single-vehicle crash 3-11-21 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Centerville Rd.

PA DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 4-19-21 Diane Frederick (35) of Landisville was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 4-16-21, where Frederick’s dog was found running loose in the 100 block of Elizabeth St.
