THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 4-19-21 Roberta Ayers (45) of Lancaster was charged with Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from a theft reported 4-13-21 by Turkey Hill, 23 Centerville Rd. Between 12-20-20 and 2-20-21, while employed by Turkey Hill, Ayers is alleged to have scanned merchandise and then voided the transactions. Total estimated value of loss $562.92.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-19-21 Lovely Jorge-Colon (27) of Columbia was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M), Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a single-vehicle crash 3-11-21 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Centerville Rd.
