HARASSMENT: On 4-13-20 Andrew Blessing (29) of Wrightsville was charged with 2 counts of Harassment (M3), stemming from multiple phone calls and text messages to a victim in the 700 block of Scarsdale Cir between 3-31-20 and 4-7-20.  Blessing was told by police on 3-30-20 to cease contact with the victim.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 4-19-20 at 0012 hrs police responded to the 300 block of Cornell Ave for a domestic disturbance.  Following investigation, Jamaraqui Lewis (21) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), Terroristic Threats (M1) and Harassment (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 4-20-20 police responded to the 3700 block of Daryl Dr for a reported animal attack involving two dogs.  Following investigation, the dogs were found to be uninjured and Stephanie Smith (37) of Landisville was cited with Confinement of Dogs (S).

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 4-20-20 police responded to Noel Dorwart Park, 405 Good Dr, for two theft from vehicle complaints.  Sometime between 1630-1836 hrs on this date, actor(s) removed purses from two vehicles, breaking the passenger side window of one of the vehicles.  Total estimated value of loss $249.00, value of damage is unknown at this time.

THEFT: On 4-21-20 police received a theft complaint in the 1900 block of Marietta Ave.  Sometime between 1130-1300 hrs on this date, actor(s) removed the contents of a package delivered to the front door of a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $19.39.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 4-22-20 at 1910 hrs police responded to Pinnacle Point Dr in the area of Winding Hill Dr for a check on the welfare.  Following investigation, Cory Blyler (46) of Elizabethtown was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-25-20 police received a vandalism report in the 2400 block of Chestnut View Dr.  Sometime between 4-24-20 at 1500 hrs and 4-25-20 at 1000 hrs, actor(s) ripped the lid off of a mailbox.  Total estimated value of damage $40.00.
