POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 3/8/21 THRU 3/14/21

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 3-8-21 Tara Rampolla (47) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident 3-5-21 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave.

IDENTITY THEFT: On 3-8-21 Kalliza Milagro Toro-Ayala (35) of Landisville was charged with 3 counts of Identity Theft (M1), 3 counts of Access Device Fraud (M1) and Retail Theft (S), stemming from a report received 2-13-21 in the first block of Rohrerstown Rd.  Toro-Ayala is alleged to have used a stolen credit card to make purchases at three local businesses to include the Giant Food Store, 550 Centerville Rd. Total estimated value of loss $445.00.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 3-9-21 at 1431 hrs police responded to the 300 block of Caroline Ct for a disturbance.  Following investigation, George Hall (50) of Landisville was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S).  He was transported to Lancaster County Prison and remanded unable to make $10,000 cash bail.

FAIL TO REGISTER WITH PSP: On 3-10-21 Matthew Grossman (37) of Landisville was charged with Fail to Register with Pennsylvania State Police (F1) and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Grossman is a Registered Sexual Offender and failed to verify his address as required with the Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Unit.

THEFT: On 3-10-21 police responded to the 1900 block of State Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 3-9-21 at 2000 hrs and 3-10-21 at 1454 hrs, actor(s) removed a KTM Dirt Bike, a Suzuki 4-Wheeler and a Yamaha Motorcycle from a barn.  Total estimated value of loss $9,200.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 3-12-21 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report.  Police were provided with video surveillance from 3-10-21 showing a male leaving the store with multiple Dewalt tools without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $1,339.76.  Following investigation, the male was identified as Kevin Thompson (36) of Parkesburg.  On 3-13-21 Thompson was charged with Retail Theft (M1).

THEFT: On 3-12-21 police received a theft report in the first block of Tenby Way.  Sometime on 3-7-21 between 1027-1930 hrs, actor(s) removed a package from in front of a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $143.09.

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN: On 3-12-21 at 1656 hrs police responded to the 500 block of Centerville Rd for a motorist in need of assistance.  Following investigation, Ivan Kisekka (29) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Endangering Welfare of Children (F3), Driving Under the Influence: Highest Rate of Alcohol 3rd Offense (F3), 2 counts of Operating Vehicle without Ignition Interlock (M3) and a summary traffic violation.  Kisekka was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded unable to post bail.

PFA VIOLATION: On 3-13-21 police responded to the first block of Centerville Rd for a Protection from Abuse Violation that just occurred.  Following investigation, Daniel Rusch (43) of Lancaster was charged with Contempt for Violation of Order (M).  He was located in the first block of Madge Dr this same date, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded unable to post bail.
