THEFT: On 1-13-20 James Junior Williams (37) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (M1), stemming from an incident at McDonald’s, 1755 Columbia Ave, on 1-2-20. 

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 1-25-20 police responded to the 2100 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic disturbance that just occurred.  Following investigation, Julio Roman (30) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-25-20 police responded to the 800 block of Dorsea Rd for a disturbance.  Following investigation, George Neira (44) of Salunga was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Neira was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-25-20 police encountered a male, who walked into traffic on Marietta Ave in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.  Following investigation, Robert McVey (66) of Lancaster was found to have multiple warrants throughout Lancaster County.  McVey was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  On 1-26-20 police responded to the 2800 block of Terry Ln for a vandalism complaint.  Sometime between 1-25-20 at 2100 hrs and 1/26/20 at 1030 hrs, actor(s) broke out a window in a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $100.00.

HARASSMENT: On 1-28-20 Charles Herman (58) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a neighbor dispute on 12-27-19 in the 2600 block of Paddock Ln.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1-29-20 Jose Luis Lopez, Jr (36) of Manheim was charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M), Driving on a DUI Suspended License-2^nd Offense (M3) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 1-14-20 in the 200 block of Church St.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 1-29-20 a 14-year old male student and a 13-year old male student both of Landisville were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an altercation 1-28-20 in the 100 block of School Ln.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-29-20 police responded to Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft complaint.  Video surveillance captured a male on 1-12-20 placing three 24-packs of 12oz Red Bull into a backpack and leaving the store without making payment.  Estimated total value of loss $229.68.  The same male was captured on video surveillance 1-21-20 placing one 24-pack of 12oz Red Bull and one 12-pack of 20oz Red Bull in a backpack and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $136.44.  Following investigation, Jose Colon-Espada (32) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Retail Theft (F3). 

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-29-20 police conducted a traffic stop on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Leabrook Rd.  The driver, Lauren Korpusinski (25) of Lititz, was found to have 5 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Korpusinski was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-31-20 police conducted a traffic stop on Columbia Ave in the area of Yale Ave.  The driver, Steven Angel Santos, Jr (21) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through Domestic Relations.  Santos was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT: On 2-1-20 police responded to Hempfield Area Recreation Commission, 950 Church St, for a reported theft.  Sometime between 1410 to 1529 hrs on 2-1-20, actor(s) removed a credit card and cash from a wallet in a locked locker.  Total estimated value of loss $200.00.

HARASSMENT: On 2-1-20 at 0203 hrs police responded to Villa Nova West, 2833 Columbia Ave, for a vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Dahiana Germosen (29) of Lancaster, was cited with Harassment (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 2-3-20 police responded to the 3400 block of Columbia Ave for a medical assist.  While on scene, police observed Kirk Cooper (26) of Lancaster, who was known to have 6 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Cooper was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT: On 2-3-20 police were contacted about a theft of a backpack from Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, on 2-2-20.  Total estimated value of loss $50.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-3-20 a 16-year old male of Lancaster was charged with 3 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance (M) and Possession of Marijuana (M), stemming from a vehicle crash on 12-26-19 in the 2900 block of Bowman Rd.

POSSESSION WITH THE INTENT TO DELIVER: On 2-3-20 Norberto Medina, Jr (36) of York was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver (F) and 6 counts of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M1), stemming from a vehicle crash 1-14-20 at 1513 hrs on RT 30 westbound in the area of Centerville Rd.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 2-4-20 Joshua Lefever (24) of Conestoga was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident 1-27-20 at Columbia Diner, 1725 Columbia Ave.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-4-20 at 0238 hrs police responded to Running Pump Rd and Noll Dr for a vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Zachary Brown (25) of Gordonville was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic violation.
