SIMPLE ASSAULT:  On 11-25-16 police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Sylvan Road for a report of an assault.  As a result of their investigation, John MASKEL (44) of Sylvan Road was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.   He was committed to Lancaster County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 11-28-16 police were dispatched to the area of 1 Centerville Road for a report of an unconscious female on the side of the road. Upon arrival police found Michelle SPAYD (32) of Landisville lying in the grass. As a result of their investigation, police charged SPAYD with Public Drunkenness.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11-28-16 police responded to the 100 block of Bluegrass Circle for a vandalism complaint.  Victim stated that unknown suspect(s) had thrown several eggs at his residence. Most of the eggs struck siding on the second floor and a window. No monetary damage reported.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  On 11-29-16 police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Swarr Run Road to investigate a report of criminal mischief. The victim reported that unknown actor(s) threw rocks and a fire extinguisher through a sliding glass door on an apartment that is under construction.  Total damage amount: $900.00.

THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE:  On 12-2-16 police were dispatched to the 800 block of Imperial Drive for a report of a vehicle break in. The victim reported 8-9 CDs and $8.00 in coins were taken. Total loss: $188.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 11-29-16 police were dispatched to the Lanco Fieldhouse for damage to a vehicle. Several car windows were broken, total loss was $300.00.
