WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-12-20 police conducted a premise check of Wheatland Hills Park and made contact with a pedestrian, Amanda Hamilton (38) of Lancaster, who was found to have a warrant for a probation violation through Dauphin County. Hamilton was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
BURGLARY: On 1-12-20 police responded to the 300 block of Stony Battery Rd for a burglary report. Sometime between 1-11-20 at 2100 hrs and 1-12-20 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) took a Stihl leaf blower from a shed. Total estimated value of loss $179.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 1-12-20 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report. Sometime between 1-11-20 at 2330 hrs and 1-12-20 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) flattened a rear passenger side tire on a vehicle. Total estimated value of damage $148.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 1-12-20 police responded to Wine & Spirits Store, 558 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft. A male is captured on video surveillance putting a bottle of Knob Creek 100 proof bourbon whiskey into his pocket and walking out without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $32.99.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 1-13-20 John Dale (37) of Philadelphia was charged with Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from an incident in the Lowes parking lot, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, on 12-27-19. Dale sold a home theater system with the speakers full of concrete from the bed of his truck. Total estimated value of loss $200.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-13-20 police responded to RT 283 westbound between State Rd and Landisville Rd for a possible vehicle fire. The driver of the vehicle, Ismael Velazquez (37) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Velazquez was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-14-20 police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Church St in the area of Mumma Dr. The vehicle driver, Jose Lopez Jr (36) of Manheim, was found to have a warrant through Lancaster City Police Department. Lopez was taken into custody and turned over to Lancaster City Police Department.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-15-20 police conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Columbia Ave. The driver, Bianca Middleton (38) of Lancaster, was found to have 14 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Middleton was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
FORGERY: On 1-17-20 a representative of Subway, 2102 Spring Valley Rd, reported receiving counterfeit bills as payment on two occasions between 12-13-19 and 12-20-19. Total estimated value of loss $220.00.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 1-18-20 at 0029 hrs police responded to the intersection of Rohrerstown Rd and Spring Valley Rd for a vehicle abandoned in the intersection. Following investigation, Willie Jackson (66) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
THEFT: On 1-20-20 police received a theft report in the 100 block of Norlawn Cir. Sometime between 9-1-19 and 12-7-19, actor(s) removed two pieces of jewelry. Total estimated value of loss $5,600.00.

Sometime between 1-19-20 at 2200 hrs and 1-20-20 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) removed a pair of Bauer hockey skates, a trunk organizer and a blue scarf from an unlocked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $125.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 1-21-20 Joseph Leggett Jr (68) of Shrewsbury, PA was charged with Retail Theft (M2), stemming from an incident 12-15-19 at that Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd. Leggett was observed on video surveillance walking out the entrance doors with 2 fish. Total estimated value of loss $10.58.
RETAIL THEFT: On 1-21-20 Joseph Leggett Jr (68) of Shrewsbury, PA was charged with Retail Theft (M2), stemming from an incident 12-16-19 at that Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd. Leggett was observed on video surveillance placing rocks, driftwood and a fish in his pockets and walking out without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $24.53.
RESISTING ARREST: On 1-21-20 John Palumbo (33) of Lancaster was charged with Resisting Arrest (M2) and False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3), stemming from an incident 1-10-20 at 0110 hrs in the parking lot of Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd. Palumbo was found to have a warrant through Dauphin County Adult Probation and Parole. He was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-21-20 police responded to the 500 block of Estelle Dr for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 1-19-20 and 1-20-20, actor(s) removed a Ruger firearm and holster from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $465.00.
THEFT OF SERVICES: On 1-22-20 Sakhon Deboer (40) of Lancaster was charged with Theft of Services (F3), stemming from an incident reported 1-14-20 by Lancaster Nissan, 5360 Main St, East Petersburg. Deboer rented a vehicle from 10-22-19 through 12-23-19 without making payment. Total estimated amount of loss $2,185.00.
VEHICLE THEFT: On 1-23-20 police responded to the first block of Welsh Dr for a vehicle theft report. Sometime between 1-22-20 at 2300 hrs and 1-23-20 at 0145 hrs, actor(s) removed a 2006 Suzuki GSX motorcycle from the parking lot. Total estimated value of loss $3,000.00.

The vehicle driver, Keysi Rodriguez (22) of Lancaster, was found to have 2 warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 1-24-20 a 16-year old male student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 1-15-20.
WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 1-24-20 a 14-year old male student of Leola was charged with Weapon on School Property (M1), stemming from an incident involving a folding utility knife brought to school at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, on 1-8-20.
